Hi you sexy lot!

It's good to come across help like this online. To meet people who either want embrace their ciggy or chuck it! (Or do other things with it...the mind boggles!!)
Tried different ways to quit,some were quite good others a waste of time. At the moment i'm trying the one below -seems ok -will let you all know how I get on.
Would be great to know how you get on too if you want to try it,bounce some ideas around! Maybe while bouncing together!!
